SendApex, in line with its institutional mission and vision, commits to the following principles within the framework of the TS ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) standard, in order to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of information;

  • - Defines and sets information security objectives and activities, plans, implements, controls, and continuously improves the ISMS;
  • - Defines how the activities carried out comply with laws, contracts, standards, and business requirements;
  • - Defines how it complies with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK);
  • - Carries out ISMS activities in an integrated manner with other management systems established within the organization;
  • - Determines the roles, responsibilities, and necessary resources within the scope of the ISMS;
  • - Determines the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility criteria and inventories information assets;
  • - Identifies, assesses, and implements appropriate risk management options for existing and potential risks to information security;
  • - Develops business continuity plans, implements them, and ensures continuous improvement;
  • - Follows up-to-date technologies and innovations in information security and develops solutions;
  • - Takes necessary measures to ensure that all stakeholders comply with the determined information security principles;
  • - Ensures the announcement, accessibility, awareness, and implementation of this policy;
  • - Initiates and follows up on the relevant processes in case of a breach of this policy.
